Like a lot of organisations at the moment, we're experiencing staff shortages due to the pandemic and 'pingdemic' (self-isolation alerts). This week this has really affected our Customer Hub who take your messages and calls.
As a result, unfortunately, we've had to make the decision to close our Facebook Messenger and Webchat (website chat) features temporarily, to allow staff time to focus on calls and emails.
