We have firm ambitions to grow and diversify, and new housing development and further acquisition forms a key part of our Futures Strategy. We build and acquire to:

  • Increase the supply of housing in areas that are in or close to South Manchester, improving the range and choice of housing available for those who currently have limited or no access to a decent, safe and secure home
  • Generate financial surplus that can be used to help fund our core business and social objectives

    The development of 46 Shared Ownership 2 Bedroom Houses and 3 Bedroom Houses
    is now completed and the new owners have moved in.

    Planning permission has been granted.  Contractor appointed is Rowlinson.
