We have firm ambitions to grow and diversify, and new housing development and further acquisition forms a key part of our Futures Strategy. We build and acquire to:
- Increase the supply of housing in areas that are in or close to South Manchester, improving the range and choice of housing available for those who currently have limited or no access to a decent, safe and secure home
- Generate financial surplus that can be used to help fund our core business and social objectives
We have successfully bid for funding through Homes England to provide 291 Shared Ownership properties. In addition we will be delivering new homes for Affordable Rent, Outright Sale and Market Rent:
