Southway is in the process of reshaping our service offer to tenants and developing a new Futures Strategy. We'd like you to help make it as customer-focussed as possible, by telling us what you think Southway should look like in 5 - 10 years’ time.
We're also consulting on a national project called Together with Tenants, which aims to make sure Councils and Housing Associations are listening to their tenants. Your answers to these questions will feed into the wider consultation with other landlords across Manchester.
