We are pleased to advise customers that our repairs service for Southway tenants is now back to normal operation.

Earlier this month, we temporarily had to restrict our operations to emergency and urgent repairs only, due to extraordinary demand and Covid-related staff shortages.

This was in order to prioritise and protect tenant and customer safety and wellbeing during this temporary period of limited resources

However, these issues have now been resolved and our repairs service is now back to normal operation.

We are grateful to our tenants and customers for their patience and understanding during this period.

Our customer reception at Southern Gate remains closed for the time being but the situation remains under regular review. We will be updating our website and social media pages with any changes to the service, so please check here for the latest update.

However, we wish to clarify that all your other Southway services are operating as normal.
