Last month we hosted our Aldi Meet the Employer event over at Westcroft Community Centre. This was an opportunity for members of the community to be proactive in their work search by meeting face to face with the employer, finding out what’s on offer and exactly what the employer was looking for in an application.

The socially distanced event sold all 30 free tickets online, and attendees had a range of positive feedback;

Attendees were impressed by the range of opportunities available which they may not have found otherwise, such as ‘full time work management schemes’. Attendees also found the ‘interview hints and tips’ most useful.

‘I didn’t realise just how many opportunities were available with Aldi, a great opportunity for tenants to discover new roles and grants them an opportunity to learn about the company and what they are looking for’.
