Our repairs service is currently experiencing delays due to an increase in demand and the recent severely cold weather. Unfortunately this is affecting many organisations at the moment, particularly in the housing sector.
At this current time, this means we are only able to accept requests for emergency and high priority urgent repairs (repairs which pose a health and safety risk, impact vulnerable residents, or are causing increasing damage to property).
If your repair is not urgent, we are sorry, but we please ask that you wait until further notice to contact us, so that we can more easily respond to help customers with urgent repairs. This situation is expected to improve from February and we will be keeping everyone up to date on this.
To our customers with an outstanding repair; we will be contacting you directly with a timeframe for completing it in.
We’ve seen a huge increase in calls to our Customer Hub which has had an impact on waiting times. We are working hard to improve this and reduce the delay in the new year.
