If you are looking for a job in the building industry but you are not sure where to begin then we have just the thing for you.

Our employment and kills team is organising a Construction Bootcamp, starting on Wednesday 7th February at 10am.

The first session will be an induction at our Southern Gate offices and the teaching will start on Monday 12th February. Here are the course dates and venues:

Everyone who completes the course will be awarded Construction Level 1 Health and Safety. This allows them to apply for their green Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card which Southway will support them with.

They will also get their Level 2 Understanding Domestic Retrofit and a guaranteed interview with Cara EPS for a local construction position. Cara EPS is the Retrofit business working with us to make 1,112 of our homes more energy efficient.
