Southway Grow is tailored to anyone not yet ready to apply for work, but wanting to build the confidence and personal skills they need to progress.
Over four sessions, you'll work with Andy to improve your problem-solving, goal setting,and performance using the GROW coaching method.
What is GROW?
It's a coaching model based around four key themes:

What could you do?
Will
What will you do?
Using these themes as the basis for each session, you'll explore your own situation and ambitions in a friendly, welcoming environment.
