Changes to how you pay online using allpay

From today - Monday 11 May - the old allpay app and website will no longer work. Allpay has introduced a new system called allpayments, which replaces the old service. 

If you pay your rent or any other charges online through the allpay website or the allpay app on your phone, you’ll need to switch to the new system from today.  

What is allpayments? 

Allpayments is the new app and website from allpay. It’s designed to make paying your rent or other charges easier and ore secure.  

With all payments, you can: 

  • Make payments quickly and easily
  • Use the ‘Pay again’ optino to repeat previous payments
  • Check your payment history and download receipts
  • Log in securely, with options like Face or Touch ID on the app
  • Pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay if you use the app 

What you need to do 

If you currently pay using the allpay app or online, simply

Start using the new website link instead of the old one - you'll find it here: new.allpayments.net

or

Download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store here or Google Play Store here. This is a brand new app that you'll need to download – your old app will not update to the new version. 

You can sign in on the app or website using your existing allpay username and password, and your details will be moved across automatically.

If you don’t pay online using allpay 

You don’t need to do anything – all our other usual ways to pay are still available. You can find all the different ways you can pay your rent on our website here.  

If you’d like to start paying online using the new website or app, all you need to get set up is your 19-digit payment number (on your rent card or through your online account) and a credit or debit card.
