Do you need a new bed or other essential furniture for your family but feel unable to afford it right now?
We know many households are under real pressure, and we want to understand how we can offer the right support when essentials become difficult to pay for.
To help us do that we would really like you to take part in our Cost of Living survey so we can find out the main issues affecting our tenants.
We currently offer a wide range of support for tenants, including:
· Referrals to food banks
· Energy vouchers
· Southway Solutions loans which provide affordable alternative to payday and doorstep loans.

By taking part in our survey you can tell us what we’re doing well and what other help you need with the cost of everyday living.
This can help us review our services to help us shape the practical support we provide for tenants.

Every response will be entered into a prize draw for shopping vouchers. First prize is a £100 voucher and there are two runners-up prizes of £50 vouchers. The winners will be randomly picked once the survey has closed.
