We’ve launched a new Information Hub on our website, making it easier for you to find out more information about Southway, our homes, and the services we provide.
We're committed to being open and honest with you, and the hub is there to give you a clearer picture of how we’re run, how we make decisions, how we manage our homes and how we’re performing.
It also includes new information we legally have to publish under the government’s new Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements scheme, also known as STAIRs. STAIRs is there to make it easier for social housing tenants to find out more detailed information about their landlord.
What can I find in the hub?
When you visit the hub, you'll see a series of sections covering different areas of our work including:

Each section includes links to useful information, reports, policies and documents. A lot of this information is already on our website, but we've brought it together in one place and added some new information, making it easier for you to find what you're looking for.
We'll keep updating the hub through the year, so you always have access to the latest information.
From 1 April 2027, customers will also be able to request certain types of information directly from us and receive an answer from us within a set amount of time. This is the second phase of STAIRs and we'll share more information about how you can request information closer to the time.
