If you are a Southway tenant (or former tenant), leaseholder, occupier or shared owner you have a legal right to know what information Southway holds about you.
You can do this through a Subject Access Request, which you can also use to ask us to explain why we hold that data, and obtain a copy of it.
To make one of these requests please use the form below. We will respond within one calendar month of you making the request, although that time may be extended up to three months if the request is complex. If this is the case, you will be told of the extension within the first calendar month.
You will receive the information we provide via email.
Generally, we can only give you personal information relating to you through a Subject Access Request.
