We want more customers to join our groups and panels, so your views can directly shape the services we provide. To recognise the time and effort our involved tenants give, we offer a range of incentives as a thank you for your valuable contributions.
All involved customers get:
- Annual £25 Love2Shop voucher
- Quarterly £50 Love2Shop voucher prize draws for completing a survey, focus group or consultation
- Training and Certification
- IT equipment
- Taxi provision
- Out of pocket expenses
- Annual celebration event
- Free registration to Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS)
Service Influence Groups (SIGs) members are entitled to the incentives all involved customers receive, plus the following:
- £10 Love2Shop voucher to the first 10 people who confirm, attend and contribute a SIG meeting
- Refer a friend to a Service Influence Group and both receive a £20 Love2Shop voucher
Armchair group members are entitled to the incentives all involved customers receive, plus the following:
- £50 Love2Shop voucher prize draw (3 prizes) for completing 3 or more surveys per year
Tenant Scrutiny Panel members are entitled to the incentives all involved customers receive, plus the following:
- £40 Love2Shop voucher for each review completed
- Friends of Scrutiny: £10 Love2Shop voucher for each review completed with online feedback
- Free handyman service twice per year
- Annual meal
