Along with Manchester Metropolitan University and private developer Step Places, we’re working to create a new development at Ryebank in Chorlton. This will be a multi-generational community of 120 homes. Some of the features of this development are:

- One third of the site as green space
- Existing woodland to be kept
- New orchards and courtyards
