We’re proud to be building up to 1,300 homes across Greater Manchester and Cheshire. 

These will be available for social rent, shared ownership and for sale, offering good quality, energy-efficient homes for a wide range of people, such as:

• Over 55s
• Residents with care needs
• Residents choosing to move to a smaller home or rightsizing
• First time buyers

This is part of our five year plan to help tackle the housing crisis, reduce carbon emissions and help our residents save money on bills.
