Inspection Results

All housing associations are inspected by the Regulator of Social Housing once every four years. Our latest inspection took place in early 2025 and we received our results in June 2025. Our gradings were:

Consumer Standards – C2
Governance – G2
Financial Viability – V2

We want to achieve the highest ratings for Consumer Standards and Governance (C1 and G1). We’ve already made lots of improvements over the past 12 months and have plans in place to improve services further.
