Service Influence Groups are a key part of our Customer Voice Strategy. They give tenants the opportunity to shape the services that matter most — and we’d love for you to get involved.
Why Join?
Your insights help us improve services for everyone. Whether you’ve got ideas, feedback, or just want to learn more, these sessions are a great way to get involved and make a difference.
Three of these groups are meeting in the next few weeks and if you’re a Southway tenant we would love you to come along.
All the sessions take place at our Southern Gate offices.
Neighbourhoods and Tenancy Service Influence Group, 11am-1pm Thursday 2 July
We want to know your ideas for how we can improve the ways we communicate our Anti-social Behaviour Services for tenants. We’re happy for you and other tenants to bring examples of how other housing associations or public bodies do this so we can then look at what we do now and see what we can improve.
There will also be general updates on:
- Southway’s ASB service and performance
- Hate crime
- Domestic abuse
- The Neighbourhood Strategy
Homes in Focus Group, 11am-1pm, Thursday 2 July
At this meeting you can give your views on products we use to make improvements and repairs in your homes which will be added to feedback we received at the recent Home Products Showcase. This will help us ensure the goods we use in your homes meet your expectations.
Other topics include updates on the Warm Homes Programme, which aims to make tenants’ homes warmer and cheaper to heat, and challenges relating to heat pumps and solar panel systems presented at a recent Customer Voice Committee.
Repairs Service Influence Group 10.30am-12.30pm Wednesday 15 July
Staff will give an update and demonstration of the new repairs scheduling system. There will be a review of the process for tenants to make improvements to their homes and our new Operatives Charter, which will govern how repairs operatives work in your homes and their standards of behaviour.
