New opportunities to have your say on how our Repairs Service will work
We’re giving you even more opportunities to share your views on our new Responsive Repairs Policy which guides how our Repairs Service works for you.
To make sure as many customers as possible can take part, we’ve extended the survey to Sunday 1 February.
We really hope you will get involved, if you haven’t done so already, as your feedback is incredibly important and will help us continue improving the service we provide.
How you can take part
You can read the full policy, explore the key changes, and fill in the survey on this webpage. Here you can also read about how tenants on the Repairs Service Influence Group led the policy review and get their views on the changes.
If you would prefer you can complete it at Cosy Mondays at our Southern Gate office from 10am-12pm on Monday 26 January. The address is 729 Princess Road, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2LT. No need to book, just turn up. You can have a brew and a chat too!
You can also take part in our online session from 5.30pm-7.30pm on Thursday 29 January where Southway team members will talk you through the main changes to the policy and answer your questions. You can then give them your views on the new policy.
You’ll also be able to share any general thoughts or feedback you have about our Repairs Service.
