Join our Service Charge Improvement Group - Monday 10 August 2.30pm-4.30pm
We're looking for residents to help us make the information we share about service charges clearer, simpler and more useful.
This group won't discuss individual service charge queries or disputes. Instead, we'll focus on improving
how we explain service charges and share information with residents.
As a member of the group, you can:
- Help us make complex service charge information easier to understand
- Review and give feedback on how we explain service charge costs
- Share your views on the content and usability of the service charge pages of our website
- Tell us what information you, as residents, find most useful and identify any gaps
- Help make our communications clearer and more accessible
- Support the development of helpful guides and resources we can share with all residents
