We’ve updated the design our website to make it even more attractive and accessible as part of our plans to improve digital services.
Tenants have been involved in this project and we’re very grateful to all of you have given your feedback to help shape the new look of the website, which will go live in the afternoon of Wednesday 5 August.
You can click on the options at the top of the homepage and in the panels further down to find more about our services including:
- Information about your tenancy
- Advice on looking after your home
- How to pay your rent
- Advice on coping with rising costs of living
- Help to get a job
The website address is still the same, www.southwayhousing.co.uk. Just like the old website you be able to contact teams directly through online forms, and you can also use the website to access your Southway customer portal account to view your rent accounts.
If you have any pages from the old website saved or bookmarked on your devices, unfortunately, these won’t work on the new website. Once you have found the relevant pages on the new website, you will be able to save them again as new bookmarks.
