Customer Hub update: Supporting tenants through the cold snap

Due to the winter weather, we’re experiencing an increased number of calls into our Customer Hub which is resulting in longer wait times.

We’re very sorry about this and are working hard to support tenants with their queries, particularly those affected by the colder temperatures.

So we can help customers who need us most, we are currently only taking emergency calls. This includes emergency repairs and if you need to report concerns about damp and mould.
