Our regular Southway services will be closed between Christmas and New Year. Our Customer Hub phonelines and the Customer Reception at our Southern Gate office will close at 12.30pm on Wednesday 24 December.
The Hub phonelines will reopen to take your calls and messages at 8am on Friday 2nd January. The Customer Reception at our Southern Gate office will reopen at 9am on that day.
We will be operating an out of hours service over the Christmas and New Year period, for emergency repairs only. If you need to book an emergency repair, please call us on 0161 448 4200.

Age Friendly Schemes
If you live in one of our Age-Friendly schemes, staff will be available on selected days during the festive period. These dates will be clearly displayed within your scheme.
In the event of a medical emergency, if you have a pull cord or community alarm system, please be assured that any activation will be responded to promptly throughout this period.
