What do I need to do?
If you’re looking to swap your home through a mutual exchange after 31 July, you’ll need to use an alternative service like HomeSwapper after this date.
If you currently use House Exchange, please remember to save the contact details of anyone you're discussing a swap with before 31 July 2026. Once House Exchange closes, you will no longer be able to access your account.
Please note: If you have a House Exchange account, your account will not automatically move over to HomeSwapper, so we encourage you to register with HomeSwapper as soon as possible.
Ongoing exchange applications
If you’ve already found an exchange partner and Southway is processing your application, you can continue through the usual approval process.
