This Age Friendly scheme for people aged 55 and over is currently under development and due for completion in Spring 2024. The scheme comprises of 42 one-bedroom self-contained apartments for two people.

Tameside Council will process your application and contact you to confirm the outcome. Once the new homes are completed and occupied Southway Housing will manage them.
