How can the Energy Buddies help?

The Energy Buddies are here to help you access all of the support that is available to you!

Your Energy Buddy will:

  • Offer free face-to-face advice appointments in your home, or at one of our Community Hubs to discuss your household energy situation
  • Look into any existing fuel debt that you might be struggling to overcome and support you. We can work with you and the supplier to arrange a repayment plan
  • Ensure that you are registered for any support
  • Give you tips on how to reduce your energy usage in your home
  • Find you the best financial assistance to reduce your household outgoings- this may include referring you on to our wider Advice Team where appropriate
  • Provide and fit free energy-saving tools to save you money- this may include foil radiator panels or draught excluder tape
