Parent Board Members (x 2 vacancies)
We currently have two vacancies on our Parent Board. We are looking for applicants who are passionate about using their skills and expertise to help us deliver our ambitious plans and ensure our communities thrive and develop.
We would be particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have experience in one of the following areas:
• Financial management and strategy, including accountancy and audit, treasury and investment, or other roles in the financial sector.
• Senior roles, ideally at Director level, within the social housing sector, delivering neighbourhood management, development, or social value projects.
Audit and Risk Committee Member
We currently have a vacancy on our Audit and Risk Committee. In particularly we are seeking members with experience in Property Health and Safety Compliance. The role might be particularly suited to someone working in an Executive Director position, although we will consider all applicants with relevant skills. This would be an excellent personal development opportunity for a senior professional, to develop skills and experience in a non-executive role whilst committing less time than a full Parent Board Member position would demand.
