Window to a brighter future

Mrs Stocks and Paul Withers
Happy couple! Mrs Stocks and resident liaison officer Paul Withers celebrate the window improvements

It's smiles all round as we celebrate the success of our first programme of window replacements.

Old Moat tenant Mrs Stocks was the last in her area to get the sparkling new upvc, double-glazed windows fitted snugly into her home by our building company partners, the Lord Group.

"I can't thank the workers enough," said a delighted Mrs Stocks as she accepted a celebratory bouquet of flowers. "I was a bit worried about the possible disruption and mess. But I was surprised at how cleanly it went."

Polite and helpful

She was full of praise for Lord's resident liaison officer, Paul Withers. It's Paul's job to make sure things run smoothly during the home improvements. You can go to Paul or one of his colleagues if you're having any problems at all when the workers are down your way.

"Paul was really lovely," says Mrs Stocks. "Nothing was too much trouble. He helped me put my curtains back up when the work was finished. He'll make someone a wonderful husband one day! Everyone has been very polite and really helpful."

When's it your turn?
