What treats and when?

Residents of all ages came along to share their ideas about the future of their neighbourhoods
We recently held our latest Voice Panel event at Aspen House, to talk with you about our upcoming investment in your neighbourhood. We wanted to know how you’d make a difference to your area. And we certainly got a great range of answers. So, thanks to everyone who helped the day such a positive experience.
Big questions for each area
Everyone got the opportunity to think about their particular areas, as well as the chance to talk over lunch with other neighbourhoods. For each area, we asked the same five questions.
1. How good are our services?
2. What should we do more, or less,
of?
3. What should Spick and Span be about?
4. What environmental
improvements are needed in your area?
5. In three years’ time, how
will we know we’ve been successful?
Take a look at what each group discussed by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.
What now?
We’ll be developing an action plan and priorities for the next three years, which will go to our board in September. We’ll also be working with local schools on our ‘Spick and Span’ cleanup competition. Meanwhile, we’ll still be inviting ideas and opinions. So, if you couldn’t make it, or you prefer to think it over at home, you can still have your say. Just fill in our simple online form.
