Bloomin' marvellous!

Flower power: George and Audrey got some top tips at Tatton.
Two lucky Southway tenants were whisked to the Tatton Park flower show as guests of the Lord Group, one of the building companies we use to improve local homes.
Chosen because of their own great garden, Audrey and George Thompson admired the silver-medal winning flowerbed created by IMPACT Manchester (the special partnership of companies regenerating Manchester's ex-council homes), together with the environmental charity Groundwork UK, and residents of Northwards Housing - a not-for-profit company managing north Manchester's council homes.
Mr and Mrs Thompson had a wonderful day and came away with some great ideas for their Southway garden next year.
