Protect your rights

Right choice: sign and send back your tenancy agreement to keep your protected rights.
Have you signed your Southway tenancy agreement and returned your survey?
If you transferred to Southway from the council last year, we recently sent you two copies of your new tenancy agreement. If you haven't done it already, please read and sign both copies straightaway.
If you have a joint tenancy, every person listed on page 4 must sign the agreement. No-one else should sign it. If a person who is not listed signs the agreement, you will have to do it again.
Send it back
Send one copy back to us in the prepaid envelope and keep the other for your own records. It's the only way you can be sure you have a tenancy agreement with protected rights.
And don't forget to enclose your completed Southway Home Survey. The more we know, the better we can serve you!
