Your new repairs dream team
Ready to go: our own repairs staff means a top-quality local service.
We've just taken on our own repairs workers and extended our repairs service hours too!
You might recognise some of the 45 workers ... they did your repairs when you were a Council tenant. We've now taken them on as full-time Southway staff because we trust them to do the best job - they already know your neighbourhood like the backs of their hands.
Look out for them in their smart new Southway vans and Southway jackets. Remember, all our staff, and the staff of our building company partners, carry identification. Beware of bogus callers. Check their identity card and contact us if you’re in any doubt.
The extra hour
And it's even better news for you, because they’ll be handy for an extra hour every day – doing repairs from 8am to 6pm every Monday to Friday.
