The Housing Corporation is a government body that sets rules for not-for-profit landlords like Southway, and monitors how we perform.

It publishes a special document called the Charter for Housing Association Applicants and Residents. It gives you advice about what we, as a landlord, must do to meet the Corporation's regulations, and what we should do to be a good landlord.

Use it to check that you are getting the service you should be getting from us. Find out you what to do if you think we are not meeting the standards.
