Board meetings and decisions

A board of 12 volunteers makes policies and plans for Southway. It sets wider aims and objectives and makes sure that our staff meet standards of service. Meet the board.

The board meets twice every three months. As an open and accountable organisation, we publish regular summary reports from each meeting – highlighting the main issues and the key decisions the board made. Southway's Board is committed to being “open and accountable to our residents” and one way to do this is by sharing Board reports with our customers.

We will share any reports that we think will interest you. However, we will not be able to publish any reports that:

  • are commercially confidential
  • refer to board members and the conduct of the board
  • relate to employees or individual residents

If you want to find out more about our Board please call our Central Services Manager, Natalie Lewis, on 0161 448 4226.
