Manchester Homeswap is a free online system run by Manchester City Council. It searches for tenants who live in the type of home you want and who are looking for a place like yours. Check the results - you may find your ideal home, quicker than you think!
Before you start
If you find a property that interests you, do NOT visit the tenant unannounced. If you do, the exchange may not go ahead. You must write to them first. There's a sample letter to use at the end of Homeswap.
