Direct Debit Duplicate Payments - update

The duplicate direct debit issue experienced last week has now been rectified and all tenants will have their payment refunded by Tuesday 12th September. 

This was an issue with our direct debit provider and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.   

Southway will work with Allpay to ensure this does not happen again.
