Keep out bogus callers!

Keep out! That's the message to callers who don't show you a proper identity card. Watch out for bogus callers to your home! That's the message we're sending to all tenants - especially while many are opening their doors to workers coming to do improvements.

Don't let anyone into your home without asking to see the caller's identity badge with their photo on. All Southway staff carry ID; so do the workers from the building companies we're using to do home improvements - like The Lord Group, Bramall Construction and Wates Living Space. They won't mind being asked to wait while you check it.

If in doubt, don't let them in - contact us for advice.
