We need your input to help run Southway at its best. The ideas and opinions of you and your neighbours can really shape the sort of service we offer.

So, we’re having a good look at our ‘customer involvement strategy’ - in other words, working out ways for you to get involved and speak your mind.

We want to set up new methods to have your say – whether you want lots of detailed involvement, or just to give us your views now and then. You could be out and about in the community, or contribute from the comfort of your own home. It’s up to you!

We’re thinking of things like focus groups, online forums, surveys, mystery shoppers and local area panels.
