Tenancy agreement

Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between you and Southway Housing Trust. It describes your rights and responsibilities, and our rights and responsibilities.

The type of agreement you have depends on your circumstances - how long you have been a tenant, and whether or not you transferred from Manchester City Council to Southway in November 2007.

The links below are to files called PDFs. They may open automatically. If not, install free software called Adobe Acrobat Reader. Go to the Adobe website and look for 'Adobe reader'.
