After the repair

Here are the standards you can expect after we have done a repair:

  1. Our tradesperson will leave you a freepost 'Happy with your repair?' card asking you how satisfied you were with the work. Once you have completed this you can moisten the edges, fold together and send it back to us.
  2. If you tell us you were not happy with the work, we will investigate the situation. If there is still a problem we will put it right.
  3. We will regularly publish our repairs performance (for example how many jobs are done on time) on the internet and in Southway publications.
