Estate walkabouts

We're down your way

picture of a street
Street life: our estate walkabouts will help make a better environment for you and your neighbours.

We're hitting the streets to tackle problem-spots. And we want you to join us when we come down your way!

A decent environment means a better quality of life for local people. A well-cared-for estate gives residents a pride in their area and encourages new tenants to move there.

Walkabouts

We want to know what it's really like in your area, so we’re doing regular 'walkabouts' on every Southway estate over the next twelve months. We’ll identify any problems and sort them out quickly.

They'll be quite a few of us hitting the streets: several staff members including at least one director, local people from residents associations, local councillors and council staff.

You're welcome

You're welcome to join us on our walkabout in your area and help point things out to us.

They take place on Thursdays at 10:30am. Here's when and where to meet:
