We have 160 people working together in specialist teams across the organisation. All these teams share their skills and expertise to provide high quality, customer focussed services. Our aim is to make Southway a great place to work, and to look after and improve our estates in South Manchester to make them places that residents are proud to live in.
Here at Southway, we understand that everyone has a part to play in building up and maintaining the caring reputation of the company. We can all make our own contribution, using our own strengths and skills where they are most needed, individually and as part of our team. Most of our people are working with our customers directly, giving them the excellent personal service we feel they deserve.
