Customer Involvement Strategy
Our first three year Customer Involvement Strategy was developed in consultation with our Consultative Group soon after transfer. Alongside the strategy we put together a three year action plan to ensure we delivered on all the actions.
We now have a new strategy for 2011-14 which was produced following lots of consultation with tenants, Board members, stakeholders and staff.
The strategy sets out our objectives and priorities for the next three years in terms of customer involvement.
