Community Benefits

Happy, healthy, thriving Southway neighbourhoods

Our multi-million pound home improvement programme is bringing huge benefits to every Southway tenant. But we're about much more than bricks and mortar.

As well as bringing you quality homes and top-notch housing services, we want to build a happy, healthy community; thriving local neighbourhoods with brighter futures, more job and training opportunities, and better facilities for young and old alike.

Rich legacy

Our Community Benefit project does exactly what it says on the tin. It's about making sure the massive investment going in to our homes and estates also brings a rich legacy of wider benefits for the communities that live here.

We have a pot of money to spend on initiatives like this - topped up with generous contributions from other companies we work with.

Make a bid, make a difference!

But it's not about us deciding where and how to spend this cash - we're looking for your ideas. It could be a one-off event like a sports or fun day, or something permanent like refurbishing a community building. So if you’re a member of a community group you can bid right here for funding for something in your area.
