Bogus Callers

You want to be sure that you only allow people you know and trust into your home. All Southway staff are trained to be polite and helpful, and carry photographic identification. They will show you identification without waiting to be asked.

We all know that there are criminals around who will try all sorts of ways to get into your home, even saying that they are from Southway. We want to make sure you are safe from these people.

If you have the slightest doubt about any caller to your home, do not let them in. Contact the Police straight away instead. If the caller says that he or she is from Southway, let us know as well. You will be helping to keep your neighbourhood safer for everyone.
